Forwarding costs
For delivery within Germany the extra forwarding charge is 5,50 Euro per package and 9,95 Euro per sending the package connected to your last name (pay on delivery).
In case of an order above 100 Euro, we deliver the goods within Germany free of charge.
Our products (e.g. Caviar, Fish, tinned food) are delivered chilled in a special Styrofoam-Box. Your ordered products leave our cold storage within 12 hours after the order is placed and arrive normally within 72 hours.
